Police Take Swift Action Against Viral Stunt
After the video gained widespread attention, authorities took immediate action. According to officials, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) investigated the matter and identified the boys involved. The dangerous stunt was reportedly filmed on June 29 between Purnapani and Jharmunda railway stations in Bolangir district.

The RPF, with support from local police and villagers, detained the two boys involved — aged 12 and 15 — and brought them to the RPF post in Balangir along with their parents. Legal action was initiated under sections 153, 145(b), and 147 of the Railways Act, which relate to unauthorized and dangerous acts on railway premises. As the individuals involved are minors, further proceedings are being handled under the Juvenile Justice Act.
