Jarvis Confirms Engagement to Fellow TikTok Star Peller, Says Wedding Will Happen “At the Right Time”
Popular Nigerian content creator and TikTok personality, Jarvis, has officially confirmed her engagement to fellow TikTok star, Peller. The social media sensation shared the news in a recent interview, clarifying earlier statements that had sparked speculation about the nature of their relationship.
Back in December 2024, the 19-year-old Peller proposed to 23-year-old Jarvis, which stirred up conversation among fans. At that time, Jarvis went live on her platform, calling the engagement ring a “promise ring” and insisting she wasn’t in a relationship with him. Her comments led many to question whether the proposal was genuine or simply content for views.
However, speaking to Channels in a new interview, Jarvis admitted they are indeed engaged, though she emphasized that marriage won’t be rushed.
“I believe that we will get married at the right time. There’s a lot in marriage, so you have to be careful,” she explained. “It’s true that we are engaged. He [Peller] actually engaged me; shockingly to me. But the ring doesn’t fit my finger, so I kept it safe at home.”
Jarvis also used the opportunity to reflect on how her perspective on Peller has changed over time. Initially skeptical about their compatibility, she confessed that meeting him in person helped her see a different side of him.
“I didn’t think we would match at all,” she said. “But he’s actually a cool person offline.”
She elaborated that her early doubts stemmed from Peller’s online persona, which seemed drastically different from who he is in real life. “Social media can be misleading,” she noted, adding that getting to know him in real life helped her see him in a new light.
